Car Traffic Race is not actually a car driving simulation game, but an avoidance arcade game with 3D cartoon vehicles. As a typical endless game, if you want to set a new score record, you need to avoid all other vehicles on the road while driving on autopilot. The coins you collect on the road enable you to unlock more vehicles in the garage.
